That belief was shaped early in his career. In his early 20s, Jim worked as a performer at Tokyo Disneyland, where he saw exceptionally talented people miss opportunities — not because they lacked skill, but because they couldn’t position or “package” themselves in a way the system recognised.
Later, in corporate, Jim saw the same pattern repeated: capable people burning out inside structures that rewarded busyness over outcomes.
These experiences shaped Jim’s approach to business — one focused on clarity, leverage, and systems, not hustle.

Having built multiple 7 figure businesses Jim decided to retrain as a coach as he noticed a consistent gap. Many small business owners — including consultants, coaches, and service-based founders — were highly skilled and deeply experienced, but struggled to grow because their businesses relied entirely on them.
By simplifying his own offer, productising his expertise, and installing clear systems, Jim's coaching business grew to over $15,000 per month within three months — not by doing more work, but by designing a better business model.
